Quality Control

Aimed at getting the highest client satisfaction, APJ’s quality control management system is based on a continuously improvement ideology. The quality control concept of APJ is coming from our business logic: “Customer First, Quality is Life, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Value-added Service”. Currently, a management and operation system of APJ has already been built up based on standard of ISO9001:2000 and CMMI, which enable us to offer stable, cost-effective and best quality software product and service.



• ISO Quality Control System

In November 2004, APJ has achieved ISO9001:2000 authentication. Sine then, APJ established a complete quality control system based on customer’s satisfaction and standardized the software development management work flow, which emphases on constant improvement for quality control in order to enhance performance.



• CMMI Quality Evaluation

Building on the successful implementation of ISO9001 quality management system, APJ strengthened the software development work flow management based on CMMI standard. Under the guidance and assistance of the evaluating director who warranted by SEI, APJ further strived to consummate better process system and realized the system into projects. Since 2005, APJ has attained CMMI L2 authentication.



• Rigidly Quality Evaluation Management

For every developed project or product, APJ will appoint an independent SQA group to test and report the project quality and security. APJ will fully responsible for its developed systems.

Security and Privacy

APJ places strong emphasis on intellectual property right, data security and customer information privacy, therefore, it is our goal to provide the most creditable commitment to protect our client’s IP right. In 2004, APJ injected the international vogue system BS 7799 for info security management. Through the related trainings, every staff member in APJ were well known about self responsibility and obligation for intellectual property right, and perform excellent in doing so.
