MTR Corporation (HK Stock Code 066)
The Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway Co., Ltd. (original named as Hong Kong Railway Co., Ltd.) is a reputable railway operator in the world. It has the missions to develop and manage railway and other related business affairs to the worldwide level, and to enhance Hong Kong people’s life quality. MTR is carrying an average of over 4 million passengers every day.
Since 2002, APJ was commissioned by MTRC to build an ODC. Since then, APJ has developed over 50 pieces of application software for MTRC. These applications include Enterprise Applications, Marketing, Finance Income, Human Resource, Purchasing-Sale-Stock, Project Management, Production Attempter, Engineering Supervising, Geography Info, E-Commerce, Office Automation, which referred to industries of Transportation, Manufacture, Logistic and Real Estate.

Hong Kong MTR is the most effective and best railway network which provides 19 hours service to public from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM everyday. Hundreds of project processing and maintenance only can be enforced during the non-working service time from 1:30 AM to 5:30 AM. Competition with time, APJ developed an Artificial Intelligent (AI) system into the Engineering Works & Traffic Information Management System (ETMS) for MTR in 2005 by cooperation with City University of Hong Kong. The system was successfully developed based on the ISO9001:2000 and CMMI L2, it performed excellent in efficiency and enabled the complicated planning of more than 1,000 engineering tasks for over 50 stations during less than four non-traffic hours. AI technology has yet to be applied in business markets of the railway industry so far, and ETMS was recognized as the first system in the global market. ETMS has already been put into operation in No.4 Line of Beijing Railway and No.4 Line of Shenzhen Railway line in Shenzhen.

HKCG (Towngas) HK Stock Code 003
Founded in 1862, the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) was the first public utility in Hong Kong. Currently, with more than 3,000 km of pipeline network and an 85% economic reach, the Company supplies town gas to over 1.5 million customers in the territory. In order to keep rule of long-term development, HKCG have actively developed city piped gas business in mainland China. Towngas now has joint ventures in 30 cities. Joint venture projects across Guangdong, Eastern China, Shandong, Central China, Northern China and Northeastern China.
Since 2007, a formal ODC business relationship was established between APJ and HKCG. With the expansion of HKCG’s business into mainland, the ODC is currently under major expansion.

Hong Kong team possesses professional experience on project management, quality assurance, system architecture and design while the China collaboration parties are knowledgeable in mainland gas utilities business practices, good at local sales and promotion, competitive on the system development and implementation. The collaboration has adopted the best-of-breed and cost-effective approach, taking advantage of the respective strengths of the Hong Kong and China teams. Bossini International Holdings Limited, listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1993 (stock code: 592), and its subsidiaries ("Bossini") is a leading apparel brand owner, retailer and franchiser in the region.
